Welcome to my fine art photography site! This is a capture of the famous Connie Hansen Gardens in Lincoln City on the Oregon Coast!
Connie Hansen moved to Lincoln City in 1973. She developed a one acre plot with her own hybrid and exotic plants.
She created a beautiful setting with blooms, ponds and trees. Connie has passed on but, her garden has been well maintained by volunteers and donors since.
Her legacy lives on and, now it is open for the public to enjoy. Visitors from all around the world come to visit the wonderful collection of rhododendrons, azaleas, Japanese and Siberian iris and geraniums...not to mention the maple, magnolia and styrax japonica trees.
Her garden has been featured in The Oregonian, Sunset Magazine, Great Gardens, Fine Gardening Magazine and Northwest Travel & Life. It also has the distinction of being named one of Lincoln City's "Jewels".

Thom Zehrfeld lives in Newport, Oregon on the Central Coast and, is fortunate to live in one of the most beautiful spots in Oregon! The ocean, the beach, the sea's fresh air naturally inspires his art! There is always something exciting to capture with a camera! However, it's not all seascapes...Thom likes capturing automobiles, trucks, motorcycles. And, he travels many places to do just that! He uses mostly color, adding textures and, lately has gone head first into digital painting...giving some photos a dimension that allows for a very unique look.
