Welcome to my fine art photography site! Bandon, Oregon has some of the most pristine beaches in the world. Bandon is located on the Southern Oregon Coast, some twenty miles south of Coos Bay.
At certain times, you can walk for miles and miles on the beach and see, maybe one other person. Bandon is also home to Oregon's Islands...a photographer's dream!
This piece of driftwood was unusual and, just waiting to be photographed. It was very early in the morning. In post processing, a texture was added to give this capture an unusual look.

Thom Zehrfeld lives in Newport, Oregon on the Central Coast and, is fortunate to live in one of the most beautiful spots in Oregon! The ocean, the beach, the sea's fresh air naturally inspires his art! There is always something exciting to capture with a camera!
