"Newport Tradewinds and Mo's!" by Thom Zehrfeld
The Newport Tradewinds and Mo's Seafood Restaurant are staples on the Historic Bayfront in Newport on the Oregon Coast. Mo's goes back to 1946.
It started out as "Freddie & Mo's"! Later, it was renamed after the original owner Mohava "Mo" Niemi. She is known as being the "Clam Chowder Queen" in Oregon. Not far away on the Bayfront, and across the street, is the original Mo's!
There are two of them. Paul Newman, Robert Kennedy and Henry Fonda ate at the original! The Newport Tradewinds is a good place to go fishing with. They have charter boats that will take you out in the Pacific Ocean to catch rockfish,tuna,salmon and ling cod!
This image has been converted to High Dynamic Range (HDR) by combining three different exposures to give the image more detail and color, and then incorporating a unique painted effect.

Thom Zehrfeld lives in Newport, Oregon on the Central Coast and, is fortunate to live in one of the most beautiful spots in Oregon! The ocean, the beach, the sea's fresh air naturally inspires his art! There is always something exciting to capture with a camera! However, it's not all seascapes...Thom likes capturing automobiles, trucks, motorcycles. And, he travels many places to do just that!
