This is a combination of vintage glass bottles and unusual and old fashioned light bulbs.

The large bottle to the left is Glass Label Apothecary Bottle in the $400 range. In respect to the old-time pharmacy, Apothecary bottles had ground glass stoppers.

Both the stopper and the inside of the jars mouth would be sanded to form a tight seal. The purpose was to store pharmaceutical materials inside the jars.

However, the jars themselves were also often ornate and decorative.
