This Port of Toledo is not in Ohio! It is in Toledo, Oregon which is seven miles east from Newport on the Oregon Coast. This is the Yaquina River.
It flows west to Yaquina Bay and, then the Pacific Ocean.
This image has been converted to High Dynamic Range (HDR) by combining three different exposures to give the image more detail and color, and then incorporating a unique painted effect.
