This is the South Beach Marina in Newport, on the Oregon Coast. It is where most of the pleasure boats and sailboats are moored versus, the north side of Yaquina Bay with the commercial fishing boats.
In the background is Yaquina Bay and partial view of the famous Yaquina Bay Bridge.
This image has been converted to High Dynamic Range (HDR) by combining three different exposures to give the image more detail and color, and then incorporating a unique painted effect.
