These are just some of the kites at the Summer Lincoln City Kite Festival on the Oregon Coast. If you want some "kite fun" this is one of the must places to go.

People from the Willamette Valley and, really all over come to check out the cool kites for a couple of days during the summer. Basically, the big boys and girls are out there showing off some very innovative type kites and, some very beautiful multicolored ones.

The beach is packed with kite lookers, some packing a picnic or chewing on a local hot dog. But, everybody is having fun like they should be!

This image has been converted to High Dynamic Range (HDR) by combining three different exposures to give the image more detail and color, and then incorporating a unique painted effect.
