"Electric Rose" by Thom Zehrfeld

This is an English Rose that is about bloomed out. It really shows off the colorful petal. ..which is a beautiful orange/red. This was an early morning capture...with some indirect sunlight.

This image has been converted to High Dynamic Range (HDR) by combining three different exposures to give the image more detail and color, and then incorporating a unique painted effect.

Thom Zehrfeld lives in Newport, Oregon on the Central Coast and, is fortunate to live in one of the most beautiful spots in Oregon! The ocean, the beach, the sea's fresh air naturally inspires his art! There is always something exciting to capture with a camera!
