"Charlie" is featured at a very nostalgic Inn located in the Taft District of Lincoln City on the Oregon Coast. The piece that Charlie is lettered on looks very much like part of an old fishing vessel.
Charlie Tuna is really a Los Angeles radio icon that passed away in 2016. "Charlie The Tuna" has to do more with the famous tuna fish company and is more in line with the lettering on the boat.
This image has been converted to High Dynamic Range HDR) by combining three different exposures, and then incorporating the results into a digital painting.
