Welcome to my fine art photography site! This Port navigation light and old wooden boat sit out in a garden setting at the Historic Anchor Inn in Lincoln City, Oregon on the Oregon Coast!
The boat is full of about everything nautical that you could think of. If should visit the Anchor Inn you will be pleasantly surprised of all the cool things on display, both in and out of the Inn.
This image has been converted to High Dynamic Range (HDR) by combining three different exposures, and then incorporating the results into a digital painting.

Thom Zehrfeld lives in Newport, Oregon on the Central Coast and, is fortunate to live in one of the most beautiful spots in Oregon! The ocean, the beach, the sea's fresh air naturally inspires his art! There is always something exciting to capture with a camera! However, it's not all seascapes...Thom likes capturing automobiles, trucks, motorcycles. And, he travels many places to do just that! He uses mostly color, adding textures and, lately has gone head first into digital painting...giving some photos a dimension that allows for a very unique look.
