This is one of the many docks in Newport on the Oregon Coast. Newport is the largest fishing port in Oregon, if not the West Coast.
If the fishing vessels are not out fishing they are crabbing or shrimping! If they are doing any of that they are maintaining their boats and gear.
This image has been converted to High Dynamic Range (HDR) by combining three different exposures to give the image more detail and color, and then incorporating a unique painted effect.
